I quitted the vape and slept well

I thought different from every time.

Maybe that thought was better than every time, but I feel no good. I found the reason why I thought that. CBD let me think that...maybe. So, I quitted CBD liquid using the vape for 1 day. And I'd use CBD oil before I go to bed, but I forgot. So I didn't use CBD about for 1 day.

Then I woke up at 3:40 AM. Yesterday 23:00. I improve my sleep a little. CBD is really good? When I used CBD, I slept sound sleep, but sleeping time is short. I want to sleep long time. So CBD is not for me maybe.

For the present, I'll try CBD oil before sleep. If it makes me good, I'll continue to use it. But if I become bad, I can say my investment was wrong.

Something wrong with my vape

In fact, I received new CBD liquid. And I using it.

But smoke(moisture) rarely appeared. If power switch is pushed about 5 seconds, I can make smoke(moisture). So I think something wrong with the heating coil in my vape.

I can still use the vape with patience. But I want to change a parts of vape, even if the parts is expensive.

Finally I opened package

I ran out CBD liquid for vaporizer.

I don't have appetite for CBD like tabaco. But I want CBD a little. So I opened package from USA. 3 items is in package. CBD oil I ordered, sample of CBD oil, and Hemp lip cream.

I tried the sample like CBD liquid. I feel better. Next, I tried the item I ordered, and I found it's not for vaporizer. I thought I can buy item same as the sample for vaporizer. Next time I'll try.

CBD liquid arrived at evening. I ordered it yesterday. It's fast.

I cleaned vaporizer, and tried the liquid. But it's not good. I don't feel nothing. Of coarse CBD is effective when I feel nothing. But it's dull for me. I thought I fail shopping.

Next time, I'll buy the item same as the sample from USA.

I tried Go again

Yesterday, suddenly I want to play Go during drinking beer.
So I played 13x13 board Go.

Computer player of 10k is strong for me. I was lose.
I tried "oki ishi", then I can win computer. But It's not true win. I reduce "ishi", and I could win computer on 2shi. But I couldn't win no "okiishi" again.

Maybe I must master "huseki" and see board widely.
"Huseki" is difficult for me. It's must master when I was more younger.

I can't win, but I like Go.

I'm home

I wrote that I was in Yokohama.
I'm home now.

In 2nd day. We stay a hotel in the morning. My brother's baby(my 2nd nephew) was crying at night. So My brother and his wife was sleeping till checkout time of 12:00.

Afternoon, we went to Minatomirai, eat lunch, and play. We left Yokohama about 17:00. I'm tired, because it's hot yesterday. I thought I must go to city, and walk anywhere with someone. But I lose friends now. I can't go out?

I'm in Yokohama

I've wrote before that my family would go to Yokohama for overnight trip.

I have arrived Yokohama yesterday. Well I live in a town in same pref, Kanagawa. So It's not hard to go to Yokohama.

At first, we went to food court in Minatomirai. And I eat hoikouro and beer. But thanks to his hot whether and alcohol, I became moisture shortage.

We went to Akarenga Souko in Yokohama. I've thought Akarenga has nothing, but it became shopping mole. I was surprised about that. Akarenga still has western mood in itself. It's nice. Yokohama is so hot same as my town, so I need sports drink much.

At evening we went to China Town and ate Chinese course dish. It's very delicious. We had very happy time. In a hotel, I played with my younger nephew. Younger likes me (I don't understand reason why). Then I fall sleep without I know.

I don't know where we'll go today.

CBD oil arrived

I received CBD oil from USA.

But I still wonder if it's legal. so I don't open the package. If authority come to my home, I will let my nephew see authority is arresting me.
I think too big to do?

Anyway I don't open the package. I will wait at least 1 month.

I woke up too early

I woke up at 2:30 AM. It's better. I have woke up at 11:30 once.

My sleeping cycle is now tribble. At 8:00 PM, I go to bed, and I wake up at 2:30 AM. My ideal sleeping time is from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM. I wrote on this blog that my sleeping cycle is 23 hour. My wake-up-time isn't fit social life.

CBD as my risk

I went to clinic yesterday.

I told about CBD oil. But my Doctor didn't say "you can't use" or "you can use". So I decide to use CBD as my risk. my stock is a little, so I'll run out soon, and same as I don't use. Dependence of CBD is rare maybe. Not like alcohol or nicotine. So I will not have trouble about run out of CBD.

Rest of problem is package stopping in USA. Maybe in USA. If I can't get the package through the custom, I'll let it dropped. I can't be against the authority.

I'm bad this morning

Same as title.

I woke up at 1:30. And I didn't sleep again.
I was listening BBC World, and thought many thing, especially returning society.

I thought moving to other country, but I can't left my illness from Japan. I can't move.
I thought to be employed by a company as a handicapped. But like challenging law, for example using CBD, is bad for working in company. I felt future is closing.
I wanted to drink beer, but I didn't. I slept again at 5:00.

I woke up again at 8:00. and I'm writing this article with coffee.
I'm sleepy a little, and I feel bad.

About Yokohaman dialect

Kyou ha yasumi jan! 今日は休みじゃん！ Today is holiday!

I heard that "-jan" is yokohaman dialect. Other one says it's Koushu dialect. Anyway "jan" is a dialect. I use this often in Twitter. Because I'm live in Kanagawa pref.

In South Kanto region, "jan" is usual. But people from Kansai region dislike "jan". A man from Kyoto whom I met in Tohoku region says that it doesn't seem trusty. I was shocked he was angry. But he loves Kyoto dialect. I think it's no fair. I think people from Kansai have advantages in talking casually. He said that Yokohaman dialect speakers seem foolish too.

Now I think it's not big thing, but when I'm a university student, I use Japanese like NHK, and don't use Kanagawan dialect. I used to feel bad about that.

I've remembered suddenly.

I feel heavy this morning

I woke up at 6:45 AM. I slept long time.
But I didn't sleep sound sleep.

Yesterday, I drank beer much. So I feel heavy by alcohol.
I dislike alcohol, because meals don't become tasty. But I drink without my thought.

I'll quit alcohol again when my Doctor say I can use CBD liquid.

Rainy season ended

I heard rainy season is ended in Kanto region today.

It's a little cloudy now, but very hot outside. I want to drink beer hot day like today. I lose quitting alcohol again yesterday, I want to drink.

My nephew is in summer vacation, and he stays my home every day.
I instructed his homework in the morning. His home teacher is my event every his vacation. I enjoy it. I don't have a child. So sometimes I think about my child like my nephew.

Next Saturday, our family go to Yokohama for overnight trip. We'll eat Chinese dish in China Town, and stay a hotel in Sakusagi-cho. I wish it's fun.

I don't use CBD related till talking with Doctor

I suddenly think "I may use this? It's really legal in Japan?".
So I don't use CBD related thing till talking with my Doctor.

I'll go to clinic next week. So I talk with my Doctor if I can use CBD. And package from USA is stopping in Chicago for long time. If that is illegal thing, I want to send back to a shop even during delivering. even If the package arrive, I don't open package till my Doctor say it's O.K.

After Several days I'll go to clinic, and I'll decide to use that.

I forecast next month's B/S

I used LibreOffice to forecust my next month's B/S.
My money is a little increase. But really a little.

I spent money for worthless things recently.
I must take care not to use credit card too much.

And I think to go out to work somewhere if I can work in short term.

I'm trying stop CBD

I tried CBD liquid all day long yesterday. And I enjoyed this early morning too.
So I'm trying stop CBD now. Maybe till evening.

I have felt nicotine shortage about 30 minutes after take a cigaret before. It's from my experience, as you know I quit nicotine now. But CBD doesn't drive me take itself from 7:45 AM. It's 11:00 now. I still don't want CBD.

Maybe I can stop CBD till tomorrow or more late.
Of course I'll try CBD evening again.

I tried CBD liquid

I received CBD liquid used e-cig or vaporizer. And I tried all day long.

It's not happened like illegal thing. And not like alcohol or nicotine. I feel good all day long. But I don't get drank like alcohol. It's good too.

I woke up too early, but I slept sound sleep. I don't think deeply about not to sleep long time.

At last, I think CBD is cleared Japanese law problem. If authority says that it's illegal, I'll drop CBD related items and wait to become legal again. Now I heard it's a legal thing.

I drank beer

Yesterday was 15th day I quitted alcohol. And I drank beer much.

I can't perfectly quit alcohol.
I couldn't do something meaningful, so I drank.

What were my 15 days.
I'm fool. I want to kill foolish myself.

My vaporizer I bought

I thought vaporizers is same as e-cigarets.

But a vaporizer I bought is more expensive than e-cigarets. And I can use many stuffs, herb, wax, liquid.

And safety system is this vaporizer. Clicking  5 times, I can use vaporizer. Old e-cigaret is easy to fire, so when my nephew is baby, I'm busy to stop my nephew push e-cigaret's button.

For use wax, I use this unit.

For use liquid, I use this unit.
I wonder how to wash liquid's bottle.
I can wash with water?

By the way, I don't receive a CBD stuff to use from seller in Japan. The stuff from USA is smoothly delivering. I can trace a package. I can't believe Japanese seller.

Meaning of studying English

Sometimes I feel I'm foolish.

I used English for buying CBD related item from USA. I must have pride it. But I think it's too normal thing to have pride. I think my English skill is low level and I have no power to change my world. And I feel I'm foolish.

In average Japanese, I can use English. I can be proud it.
But I use English more and more, I feel I'm fool.
And I can't see meaning of studying English.

What's happend?

Vaporizer will arrive today

Vaporizer I ordered yesterday will arrive today.

But CBD liquid is not still shipped. So I can't try CBD today. Web site selling CBD liquid in Japan saying on its page that items is send about 5 days after. I know individual site is different from Amazon, but too late.

By the way I tried to get CBD oil from USA. I ordered a shop in USA. Already item send, And I can trace where package is.
Package from USA will arrive after a week, and package from same pref. arrive after 5 days. It's strange.

I ordered a vape and CBD E-liquid

I can't sleep suddenly lately.

I continue search CBD related items, and I ordered vaporizer and CBD liquid sold in Japan. I can't trust a CBD seller I ordered till the item is received. Seller I ordered vaporizer can trust because the shop is famous for a hemp related shop.
Next time I'll order CBD wax to USA's seller.

At rest, I have to wait the items will arrive at my house.
I must trust them anyway.

I searched about hemp

I woke up at 11:45. And I couldn't sleep again.
So I searched about CBD oil for my illness, for example I can't sleep at midnight...

I found CBD wax and vaporizer. I thought it's good for me. I remembered when I used e-cigaret. but CBD goods what can get in Japan is too expensive, and I wondered if I can get cheaper one from oversea with safety.

At last, I ordered a bottle of hemp seed oil as usual at Amazon.
I wish to get cheap CBD related items in Japan easily.

My nephew became heatstroke?

My nephew and I went a park in my town's countryside by bicycle yesterday.

Because it's too hot, I gave him sports drink at a convenience store. But he became in bad when we were going to home. I thought he became heatstroke, and we stoped at supermarket what is cooling by air-conditioner.
He said he felt cold, I wondered if he was heatstroke. So I called my parents. Then my parents came the supermarket, and my mother took him to clinic opened in holiday, and my father pushed his bicycle. I pushed my bicycle with my father.

At last, I heard Doctor said my nephew is in danger of influenza, not heatstroke.
His heat became 39.2 degrees centigrade, He took a anti-febrile and slept in cooling room. He looked joyful, because he might continue holiday till next day.
Hey...

He would be back his home, but he is sleeping in my home now.
My mother is going to take him a clinic if he has heat tomorrow.

I'll charge of the house with my nephew

My parents is going to attend a buddhist mass. And my nephew is stay my home from Friday evening.

So my nephew and I must charge of the house.

Biggest problem is our lunch, because I can't cook. I used to cook when I lived alone in Kawasaki. But now I forget to cook.
So We'll buy 2 bentos at a supermarket for lunch.

Other problem is not big thing. My nephew is a elementary school student, and he did his homework with me yesterday. And he likes minecraft and he is good player, so I don't need interference about his play. I must only think our lunch and my study for EIKEN.

But I can't go out for bicycle and Ingress till my parent (my nephew's grandparent) are back. It's beautiful day today maybe.

I rode bicycle and played Ingress.

I went countryside of my town. I rode about for 1 hour and a half. I got 3 portals on Ingress and made some links and control field.

I didn't study yesterday

I already wrote I started study for EIKEN 3 days ago.

But yesterday I spend time for web-surfing all day long, I didn't study for EIKEN. Of course I studied (practiced) English, for example I wrote many article for my blog, and I read 2 articles on JapanTimes, and I listened to BBC radio. Just I didn't study for EIKEN.

When it changed date I woke up too early. Then I read Duo3.0 book and listened Duo3.0 CD. Duo3.0 is workbook for vocabulary. So I can't always say I didn't study for EIKEN. But I slept during listening CD.

I don't see what I want to say, but anyway I studied yesterday?

A article in Japanese get many access from a country.
But I think people from the country is not interested in my article. Because access from the country is for definite articles. I think the reader is only access and don't read articles.

I don't know what the reader is thinking.

I have to relate my domain to this blog. But at first I write a article.
I don't know how many readers of my original blog in Japanese visit this blog.
But I try anyway.
